Because we deal in electronic we only take returns if the wrong system was shipped, the system has to be unopened, uninstalled & unused in any way. We do welcome your feedback or concerns and will do our absolute best to resolve any complaints promptly to ensure you complete satisfaction. If we do accept a return for any other circumstance, there will be a 30% restocking fee plus the original shipping charge subtracted from the refund. All customers have 3 days from the time their order arrives to contact us about returning said order. Here at Innovative Ignition Systems we work closely with the manufacturer of each product to make sure you get some of the best products from all around the world.  Occasionally some products have problems or malfunction, this is where your warranty will come into effect. We are an authorized dealer/distributor of all the products we sell so they are fully covered under their manufacturers warranty,  Warranties vary depending on the system purchased so make sure you check the product warranty to see if it falls within the guidelines for a warranty replacement before requesting a warranty replacement. All warranty replacements will have to be authorized before they are returned. Once authorized, you will be sent a warranty return address and authorization number. All returns need to be shipped back to their original place of origin.  Please write the authorization number on the outside of the package and ship back to the address provided.
